The turning point in my life
The turning point in my life: Second mother, Sakunthala Miss
If life is a journey, we come across some crucial encounters that set us on the right path. When I look back on my school days, the image that stands out among those fond memories is that of Sakunthala Miss. She was not just a teacher to me; she was the second mother in my life.We encounter many teachers in our lives. But there are very few teachers who speak to our hearts. Miss Sakunthala is the special person who directed my life in a different direction. If I am where I am today, the foundation for that journey was laid because of the immense guidance I received from her.
,A love beyond a teacher.I received from her the same love, care and advice that a mother would give me. She taught me lessons about life that went beyond the school curriculum. I was amazed by her willingness to reach out and pick me up every time I fell, and to recognize and hone my talents.
"A true teacher is not someone who shows you a door, but someone who gives you the strength to enter through that door."
It is difficult to put into words the impact that Ms. Sakunthala has had on my life. She is the turning point in my life. She has been the silent voice behind every achievement that I have achieved today
She is the reason why I can receive university degrees, receive Sarasavi and SIGNIS awards, write the Rocket screenplay that I wrote myself, change my character and behavior, and set me on the right path.
Whenever I talk about teachers and deities, the name of Miss Sakunthala comes to my mind with great pride. Growing up under the shadow of a teacher like her was one of the greatest blessings of my life. Miss, the guidance and love you gave me will be a light throughout my life. I wish you a long, healthy, and prosperous life!
